Case study: researching employee experience

This is a best practice example of a company researching their employees’ experiences. USECON motivated their employees to contribute through giving feedback.


This case study shows how mobile ethnography can be used in order to research and improve employee experience. Further it shares some extraordinary ideas on how to motivate people to participate in a mobile ethnography study.

The research project enabled USECON to sustainably improve its employee experience and respectively align their company culture.
