Demo project: Buying a cup of coffee

Not sure what you’ll get out of Smaply? From now on you’ll have access to a demo project right after the trial signup.

The demo project shows you how to illustrate the essential parts of a journey map: personas, emotional lane, dramatic arc, backstage processes – just to name a few.

a journey map created with smaply

How to access the project

The project will be visible on your account dashboard a couple of minutes after you’ve signed up for and confirmed your account (the software needs some time to load the information into the newly created account).

It’s named “Example Project: Buying a Cup of Coffee”.

Please note: the project will only be loaded into accounts that were created from 27 January 2017 on.

If you want to access the journey map but have your account has already been created before January 27, you can also use the read-only version of the journey map to check it out.

What to do with the project

You can see how the persona templates can be used, what stakeholder maps could look like, and what the different parts of the journey maps are there for.

You can do with it whatever you want – just read it, change it, duplicate maps, export and share your changes.
