Insights of our internal workshop

Yesterday we did an internal service design workshop. It was a challenging but very successful afternoon, resulting in some great insights and solutions. Service design thinking can be really exciting! 

… and overall it was a lot of fun! 🙂

Katharina takes care of marketing and communications at More than Metrics. With her background in business and psychology she loves both logical as well as empathic thinking.
