Follow-up thoughts: service experience camp 2015, Berlin

Few weeks ago, the Service Experience Camp 2015 took place
in Berlin. For Katharina it was the first time to join the ExperienceFellow team to an event. Read here about her experiences at this very special event.

Impressive!

So many different and open-minded people, so much fun and
inspiration. You could see that not only when participating in the workshops
and talks, but also during breaks and at after-conference drinks. It was
inspiring to get to know so many new approaches for improving customer
experience.

We also had some very interesting talks about ExperienceFellow and our second tool Smaply, collected some great feedback and new ideas on improvements and new features. Some of them will definitely influence our future developments of the software. (We will keep you updated!)

We all really enjoyed the stay and we’re looking forward to implement our new knowledge – and overall, to meet these great people in the near future.

Katharina takes care of marketing and communications at More than Metrics. With her background in business and psychology she loves both logical as well as empathic thinking.
