Improved filters

//Bitte Infos über: wobei können diese Filter helfen?

Resulting from your feedback, we have now improved ExperienceFellow’s filter function.

Maybe you’ve already realized the changed appearance of the web app’s perspectives. Right under the menu, you now find a bar indicating the amount of negative, neutral, and positive touchpoints. This helps you to
instantly get an impression of how the experiences’ emotional values are distributed within the perspective’s data.

If you apply a filter to the perspective, touchpoints that fit the filter are
highlighted more clearly and touchpoints that do not fit are collapsed. If you want to see the details of a collapsed touchpoint, hovering it will extend
it again. Further, the bar is adapted to the respective filter setting. You can also see how many touchpoints and how many journeys matched the filter setting.

A check box at the right hand side of the bar („Show/Hide not matched journeys and touchpoints“) allows you to activate and disactivate the new view. This makes sure that you do not lose the context of the touchpoint.

We hope this improvement will make your data analyzis easier.
