An investment for More than Metrics

We got an investment by Hermann Hauser: The tech pioneer will not only offer financial support, but also a lot of know-how. Together with the investment, we also got a new company name: More than Metrics.

Innsbruck – The Tyrolean-British IT-investor and venture capitalist Hermann Hauser has invested in an Austrian/Tyrolean start-up. The Innsbruck-based young company “More than Metrics” got an investment by Hermann Hauser of a medium six-digit figure. This was communicated by Hauser’s incubator center I.E.C.T. Together with the company’s other partners, “mohemian ventures” and the Management Center Innsbruck, Hauser supports the young company on its way to internationalization.

Since 2012, More than Metrics grew up to 17 international employees, including the founders Marc Stickdorn, Jakob Schneider, and Klaus Schwarzenberger. The company develops software in the area of service design, design thinking and customer experience. Hence, the tools allow to analyze customer experience and to optimize products and services. Hauser is convinced of the growing market. With 4000 users in 144 countries, the company has already made a great step towards the establishment on the market.
