We proudly present: a very special project using ExperienceFellow as a diary tool

In this case, we are not talking about regular customers or a regular customer journey. This time, ExperienceFellow was used for a real journey, but one we are lucky to not be the traveller: this project is about refugees and their way from one country to the next, from one life to another.

The blog “Share refugee stories”reports the idea of this project, which has its roots in the “What Design Can Do”-challenge, an initiative targeting service designers and cx experts.

It’s the goal of the project to improve the experiences refugees have on their way full of outstanding impressions and challenges.

We are glad that our tool is used for a topic of such importance and we’re looking forward to the results.
