Swiss cheese fondue for the team!
Yesterday our team member Birgit invited us to have a Swiss cheese fondue.
As she currently lives in Switzerland and also spent a long period of her childhood there, she exactly knows how to mix and prepare the different types of cheese to make it perfect.
For some of us it was the first cheese fondue we ever had and Birgit had to explain us what to do (we could not believe that it was as easy as it sounds: put pieces of bread into melted cheese and eat it).
