Marc will be at the UX Lisbon on the 25th of May! In his strategy based workshop ‘Designing Cross-Channel Experiences’, he introduces service design tools and gives you hands-on tips on how to use them in real-life settings.

What will also be covered:

  • Service design overview
  • How to use personas in a service design context
  • How to create journey maps to visualize cross-channel experiences (current state and future state)
  • How to visualize product-service-ecosystems with value network maps.
