Workshop recap: how is journey mapping used to test what you prototype?

We’re familiar with journey maps as a service design tool, but how is journey mapping used to test what you prototype? Last week, we tackled this topic in a workshop at Customer Experience Conference Kyiv, Ukraine.

In this workshop participants chose an aspect to prototype and tried out a few prototyping methods. Following the prototyping, participants used journey maps to understand and test how their persona would be influenced by the new prototype.

Check out the slide deck to see what they’ve talked about.
